For eligible marketplace deals, the buyer is charged after explicitly accepting the contract and payment. The seller delivers the work, and payout is requested after delivery acceptance and any required review. The current default marketplace platform fee is 15% unless a different fee is disclosed before commitment. RenX is local-first, not local-only: workspace execution happens on the user's machine, while account, messaging, synchronization, billing, and marketplace services require OpenMercury infrastructure.
